Jake Hayes

Got in a car accident at 4:50pm, called police. They told us they were on the way. Repeatedly called them over NINETY MINUTES, always was told that they were on the way. Eventually, at 6:30, they told us they weren't actually coming and that we'd have to come to the station ourselves. If that weren't bad enough, when we got to the station, the policemen on duty were very reluctant to help, even telling us to ot report it and sort it out yourselves.\ Once I informed them that I had already reported it to my insurance, they finally took our report. One of the policemen appeared to be chewing tobacco, and neither seemed willing to help, but they reluctantly got the job done. All in all, what should have been a quick report took nearly two hours thanks to the incompetence and unwillingness of this police office. I would strongly recommend asking ANY other station in the future.
