Good evening. Everything went well. The only thing is that when I called Monday the operator should have been able to tell me that the place you get the dd214 is c losed and possibly won't be open for two months. I had to get Mike out with a wheelchair put him in the car take him out. Just a hassle. Thank you

My experience with a certain VSO was horrible! He was very condescending and it felt like he thought he was doing me a favor by helping me file a disability claim. Mr Williams was totally disrespectful! I am a retired Army Veteran with 22 years of service and expected so much more from this organization. If you go there for assistance, request a VSO other than this individual. Believe me, you will hopefully get better service in a more polite and professional manner! At least I hope so!
