Founded in 1980, Tri-County Employee Assistance Program (EAP) promotes employee welfare and productivity in the workplace through confidential assistance and problem resolution. We assist individuals and their family members manage personal problems that may affect their quality of life at home and in the workplace. Our staff of professionals is caring, competent and culturally sensitive. We offer counseling services that encompass a wide range of issues and range of severity. The following services are provided: Stress Management, Self- Esteem, Grief and Loss, Depression, Suicidal Thoughts/Behavior, Mood and Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Financial, Marital, Relational, LGTB, Parenting, Adolescent/Child, Divorce/Step-Parenting, Eating Disorders, Substance Addiction, and Gambling Addiction. If specialty services are needed, such as psychiatric care or detoxification, we are able to refer to appropriate local providers. Tri County provides employers a referral source for identified struggling employees to help them improve their work performance and maintain their jobs. Employers can utilize the EAP to address these performance issues in a confidential way that allows the employee to feel respected and valued. Employers also benefit from: Wellness Programming, Critical Incident Debriefing, Drug and Alcohol Assessment and Referral, Drug-Free Workplace Trainings, Supervisory Consultation, and Workplace Enhancement through numerous staff educational trainings.
