The staff at the office are polite and cordial. They respond properly most of the times. But the delivery guys are rude and demand heavily in the name of delivery charges. The delivery guy has lot of attitude. More over I find that the people at the office support it. The delivery charges are not mandatory and hence it's upto the consumers to decide. But on proper questioning they said it's our wish to give it. Few months back I observed that I used to get the cylinder delivered about a week later after getting the message on my phone. Later I took the delivery guy and agency to task and now they are on track. I suspect if somekind of mischief was being played.

I would give them five black dots no stars but the software doesn't allows to do so hence had to add a star so that I can write a review. We have been with HP from years but the service has become the worst. I had booked my gas in first week of November 2020 and the gas delivery boy always mentions that there was no empty gas available and after repeated booking of gas there is always the same reason mentioned in cancellation message. But the fact is he has never dropped to my place or even rang a bell I must say they do have a superstitions power to known that the particular person has an empty gas available or not, without even asking them.. After which there was a complaint made to the agency (12/12/2020) where the lady over the phone was rude. After demanding to speak to a higher atuority a man over the phone sounded sensable and promised to deliver on thursday (17/12/2020). But its 23/12/2020 today and I have not recieved the gas yet. The man on the other side sounded sensable but I am sorry he wasn't. Two months and no gas delivered yet.. HP please check on the agency on rhis or u would loose your clients ...u have lost one already. And the delivery boys demand for 50 rs for delivery are they not paid???

Hassle-free experience. The sales persons are extremely cordial and helpful. Had been there for a transfer of gas connection. The lady at the desk finished the formalities in five minutes

They deliver the cylinder on time that's not an issue, but the receptionist girls have tie ups with cylinder guys, once they come here the girls call us and ask 60rs extra for delivery kindly avoid it. It's not compulsory to give them as much as they ask...
