Hotel rooms are nice, but there is a lack of events and features when compared to other hotels in the area. Not having access to Cancun’s famous white sand beach is also a big reason for the low score. Beach water is off the main coast and not a pleasant experience when trying to swim on a cove. People are nice, but they are always trying to sell you another product (that can be annoying) even when scheduling dinner. But the price is low - and if your goal is to save a few dollars while mainly doing excursions - this may be for you. If you want a hotel with amenities and a one stop shop to fun - you must continue to look at other locations with the plethora of options available in the area.

The resort was super nice and modern. The food was delicious and the staff was really grateful of tips of even just 2. Also, Jose deserves a raise. He was so kind and happy to help us during our stay! I loved the resort and the views were amazing! One complaint, the sea grass on the beach, it's hard to get to the ocean from the beach without stepping on some, and it's all over the water. Other than the sea grass, the resort is amazing.

If you like having AC keeping your room cool DO NOT COME HERE Overall I think it is a very beautiful resort, modern and the design is nice. The closer you look you realize a lot of the materials are quite cheap, the built in lounge chairs in the pool were awesome. Staff was nice, not as over the top as other resorts in Riviera Maya. Coffee shop was delicious! Lazy River was weird there is a separation where you come in and get out you can only go through once and you have to get out as it dead ends. The food and shows were okay. The beach is quite rocky and a little disappointing. The sky bar was cute but compared to other resorts this one just felt kind of dull. The AC in your room does NOT run without a room key sitting inside of a holder to turn it on and we never once felt like the room got cool, we eventually wised up to have one persons key in the holder while we were out of the room so we weren’t sweating in our room at the end of the day. I know a lot of places prefer energy efficient options and limit how cool you can set your room but it was VERY uncomfortable especially if traveling with little ones who need naps in the day/ when the sun is beating in. The rooms were very nice though

Upon check in we found out that the facility was operating at 10%. No ocean front rooms available and the biggest pool with hot tub was closed. Also the lazy river was not open for most of our stay. The food was terrible at the buffet and the steakhouse. The rooms were clean and staff friendly. Very limited drink options and no top shelf liquor. Probably will never return to this all-inclusive hotel. If this information was available I probably would not have stayed here!

The amenities have been wonderful! The rooms are beautiful! The activities by the pool were great! Loved the water aerobics! Drinks were great! Food okay in the buffet but the theme restaurant: Japanese was great!

Beautiful, peaceful at only 8% capacity during plandemic. Loved it! Only thing we did not care for was the Thai food in one restaurant. Not my favorite. Not bad, just odd. I ordered the curry chicken and rice. It came with a side, white rice. Had I selected the mango pudding, for dessert, it would have been a rice pudding. Later in the week, they let us order alternate food to be brought to the Thai location, which was super nice. The beach, lazy river, wildlife, hotel room, etc.,was all lovely. The food was overall wonderful. The staff was fabulous and friendly, and helpful. We loved the archery, bike tour, snorkeling, dolphin show, and the peace and quiet. I'm sure it will get busier, and they need it to, to survive this covid thing, but it was exactly what we needed for a peaceful, slow pace, family get-away. They include a Covid test so you can return home to the US. They schedule it for you to get done, right during your check-in, so you can plan your stay and excursions around that. Be careful to convert prices before buying in the gift shop. My daughter bought a pair of flip flops of "Dollar General"/"Walmart" quality and when we converted the price, after the purchase, she paid over 30 for them. Our mistake.

I am never going back there. I loved the hotel and everything was great including the service, I even saw turtles swimming in the sea right outside the hotel. I just can't believe it's 2021 and they still hold captive animals like it's nothing. They have a swimming with dolphins facility inside the hotel besides the spa, I was sick when I saw this. This should be illegal by now. I rather search for a hotel that cares about animals and the environment especially in a place like the Riviera Maya where they should take care or the beautiful diversity and country they have.
