Not a bad place for a quick local meal, there is nothing fancy there just your average Cafeteria. You can buy pounded Yam, Semo, Pupuru, Fufu, not sure they sell rice cos I have never seen rice there but they may happen to sell. It's not the fanciest of places but comfortable enough to eat. Food there is relatively cheap,with 200 you will get a decent meal. Feel free to check the place out when you are around Orita Obele.
