I bought a new ENCORE grinder and out of the box it's performance was not the same as the one my son has (same model). Takes double time to grind the same amount of coffee. So I sent it twice to fix it and the result is the same . They would not exchange it for low performance. Although the staff is great, but that could not solve my problem. I do not recommend this brand Encore. Update: I was contacted by customer service and informed that they will open a third ticket. The response recieved is that they sent me a user manual which I find an insult since I already have the manual and videos from the internet. Very bad grinder Encore. You are on your own. Not recommended. Next step contact manufacturer.
