It is in the middle of no where, so messed up, God help those who live there, it is like 25 min drive from Khobar itself!!! No hospitals are close or pharmacies just in emergency cases, roads leading to this compound are not well paved, no any facilities near by, so dusty all time reminds me of Hitler's concentration camps, and with their rude security, this is it!!!
