Online website specializing in commercial food equipment and has a good selection of espresso machines for home use. The espresso machines and all the coffee accessories are priced very fairly. I ordered an ECM espresso machine - arriving this week - but unfortunately could not order accessories as all are “coming soon”, so I bought them elsewhere. Customer service is just okay. Only one representative is amazing (Ali) and he was great every time I spoke to him on the website’s chat. Unfortunately other reps are not as good, they’re either very slow in responding or do not respond at all - and that is through chat, WhatsApp and phone. If you have any queries about your purchase, make sure you speak to Ali.
