Fun place to enjoy either with friends or family.. I love the atmosphere, music lights and games. The staff very helpful and kind. We had great experience with the games music and the lovely place. I will come again multiple times. I guess I got hooked. Only wish is to have a variety of food or drinks other than the coffee shop. Also if more kids games added will be a big bonus and my kids will have more fun.

We had a group of 14 kids age range from 6 to 16 and visited the place a few days ago. It wasn't busy when we went. There is a good range of games but some of them not working or crashing during the gaming experience. Staff were hard to find, it took 5-10 to find a staff member to book and start the games so a lot of wasted time. If the game crashed or there was a problem then again we had to look around for staff. For the cost of the games and expectations of the kids was hoping for a better experiance and value for money.

The place is designed so you need the staff explaining every game. If you’re a male no staff will come and help you but if you’re female you will get special treatment.

It’s a great place. Highly recommended to everyone Had a pleasant time there , high levels of hygiene, great facilities ,suitable for families They offered a variety of games that we enjoyed a lot. Wish the prices would be better.

I was there for 4 hours and only played 4 games. The place is understaffed in a way that makes it impossible to play what you pay for. I was there on a Sunday so I decided to go with their play as much as you want package. Unfortunately as I said there’s only 4 people working all 15 games and honestly only two know what they’re doing, and the rest are just rude!. In conclusion the games are ok and I think this place is worth the visit, however don’t expect to get your value paid. The music is good tho.

Today i tried Xtra Life for the first time... And to summarize my experience in one word.. It was MAGNIFICENT The place is perfect.. I liked it and i will recommend to anyone to try it out One of the main reasons why my experience was amazing is that particular person in the crew (Arwa) she made the experience awesome on another level.. I Never seen a crew member in entertainment center as she is Really enjoyed my time there and i will be definitely a regular guest there \u003e\u003e as long Arwas is there

As an Idea the place deserves more than 5 stars, but when it comes to reality it needs lots and lots of attention to details, and more work. The place looks great and the staff is super friendly. The hallway and cafe give a nice edition to the place and I really loved the music. However, the games quality is bad, it's like watching a 360p youtube video!! Also after wearing the VR, they also plug in a headphone so you can hear the game and talk with your co-players but only for the left ear and headphone quality is so bad, the music from the corridor can still be heard and it is very load even in the game which takes away from the immersive experience. To my surprise there is a VIP room to play an adventure game for a longer period of time, well no one told us about it, I only heard after I returned home from other friends that visited before, perhaps I might visit in the future for that specific adventure VIP room. All in all, I liked the experience, and I only wish the best for the place, and for it to improve so we can have a more immersive game experience.
