Dr. Moss is phenomenal! My daughter is very scared of going to the dentist because of a past dental experience at another place. But Dr. Moss is always so kind and knows what to say to calm the fears. Also, the receptionist at the Decatur location is the sweetest. Every time I have to call or go in, she is polite and happy. I usually don’t get that kindness from other places. The hygienist/assistant are always sweet, as well. and knows how to talk to kids. Thank you for a great experience!

The best pediatric dentists around. The entire staff is wonderful with the kids, and so patient with kids like my son who gets scared and nervous in any medical setting. They’re also great with older children, who need gentle encouragement to do better with taking care of their teeth, without scolding them. If you don’t have a dentist for your children, or are looking for a group that is a better fit for you and your family, then you can’t go wrong with this group!

I have been taking my daughter here since she was a toddler and was always pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the dentists. But in the past few months they have changed their staff and our experience has not been so pleasant. The new dental assistants don't make an effort to to be friendly to the kids or the parents. They just clean the kids teeth and don't even smile or speak to you. Then there's the new receptionist at the front desk who has a very unfriendly personality, almost to the point of being rude. Definitely acts rude when you have to call about anything. Also, the past 3 appointments I've had I have not gotten reminder texts from them. I've given them my new number 3 times now and they still had it wrong in their system. I think it's time to change dentists.

Best dentist for my children! I get to go back with them , they are confortable the entire time. I always am informed about everything they are doing! If you haven't taken your children to them or are in need of a dentist I highly recommend them!

Love Alabama Pediatric Dental Associates!! They are always so friendly and fast! I will never take my children anywhere else! They feel very comfortable going to the dentist here! Not scared at all!
