(CMP) was formed in September 1995 to be a commission agent for Duty Free Philippines. The new company concentrated on the exclusive distribution of confectionery (Kraft – Toblerone/Cadbury) products to Duty Free Philippines. In 2007, CMP expanded into domestic distribution of personal care and small kitchen appliances of the German brand, Braun, for both duty free and duty paid markets. As part of the re-introduction of Braun household and personal care products into the Philippines, a service center was established in CMP’s Alabang office.
