I have brought my car in several times over the past month. Each time I have left with my car in worse shape than it was in when I arrived. When I needed my headlights replaced on my Chevy Malibu somehow 2 of my Spark plugs became unplugged. There was absolutely no reason for them to be touching my Spark plugs for a headlight change. This is dangerous, which normally I wouldn't be super worried about, except for the fact that I am often driving with a child in the car. Triple check the work they do on your vehicle, as they may attempt to create new problems in order to milk you for more money. Shame on Catons.

Our car broke down about 20 miles away from Alamosa, and we struggled to make it into town. We had driven to Colorado from New York, and Caton’s was the only shop to take us in during our time of need. Every other shop was too busy, but Caton’s made sure we were safe even though I’m sure they had many other things to attend to. They checked out our car, did what they could and helped us locate the best services to get a permanent fix (since we needed to drive the car back cross country). They didn’t even charge us a dime, which I think speaks to who they are and the fact that they were just really intent on lending a hand. The whole staff — Tish, Dana, Sergio, and Josh — also talked with us all day and shared so much information about themselves, the area, and its history. Honestly, by the end of the day, I was somewhat happy our car broke down, because we got to meet all the amazing people at Caton’s. Hopefully we’ll be back in the area soon to say hi, albeit with a fully functioning car. I totally recommend their service!
