I went with this location, trying to go local and invest in our community. Also, I considered the nostalgia and quality associated with the Sears brand. However, I wish I had went with another retailer for my purchases. The experience was similar to going to a franchised McDonald's or Subway restaurant. With an owner doing as he pleaes and corporate unaware. The salesmen try their best but have limited authority over any of the day to day processes. Save your money and your time.

Great general hardware store. Good customer service
My family has had a cabin in the San Luis Valley since I was a child. We have always brought everything we needed with us from Texas. This year our refrigerator went out and we were able to get a new one at a good price quickly from this store. The salesperson, Devon, made everything from selecting the refrigerator to getting it delivered very easy. We will definitely be purchasing more from this store. Thank you for saving our vacation!
The sales people in this store were very friendly and honest about the availability of appliances. While they ordered what we wanted, they also cautioned us about appliances being put on back order after the fact. I have my fingers crossed that our appliances will make it in on time, but I appreciate that they told us from the very beginning that it may be later than expected. We don't necessarily need our appliances as early as they are coming in, but they said it was safer to get them early than to have them arrive late. We will be back for more things and will recommend them to our friends. Thank you Devon and Cindy for your help.
These are hard times for everyone, and I had the unfortunate experience of having my refrigerator go out unexpectedly. The salesperson I spoke with was very understanding and helped me find a replacement that I could afford. He set me up with their payment plan so I didn't have to pay the whole amount at one time. He also sold me the service plan so I never have this problem again! Great place!
