Really unhelpful and disorganised. Booked repair slot, told would take 3o mins approx. Double checked would be ok in the morning and agreed time for work again. Arrived at time and checked they remembered that I had no-where to go as lockdown means everywhere warm is closed. Came back about an hour and a half later to find it hadn't been started due to their lunch and it was suddenly a long job and it needed to be left with them. V poor communication. Don't use.

So happy I took my car here! This was my first time going anywhere other than the main BMW dealer, and I was so impressed. After being quoted an extortionate amount elsewhere, I wanted a second opinion. The mechanics quickly found the root cause of the problem which turned out to be something much more minor than originally thought. They had it fixed before I knew it at a highly competitive price, far less than I feared! I applaud them on such an honest and professional service. I will definitely bring my car here again for everything in future. Thanks so much

I sold them my car for scrap, a couple days later they asked if they could sell it onwards instead. I agreed, as long as I received payment. They never paid me either way. Chased them and they ignored me. Thanks guys
