No system and people who are known to staff are going without token. No fixed lunch time. Guard announced at 1:45pm that it's lunch time. When asked, he said \bajh hi toh gya 2\. Staff menaced innocent, tired people saying \karwa lo Kahi aur jyda jaldi lagi hai toh\. Though the people who asked were waiting for more than an hour. For single token, 3 people i.e. whole family is going for adhar card. Worst experience ever as it took 4 hrs to update my phone no in adhar card.
Very rude behavior, when i called them they dont how to talk customer.
