All units are fitted with kitchen including white goods (fridge&freezer, cook, oven, extractor, washing machine and dishwasher), air-condition in every room, fitted bathrooms, shutters on the windows and a safety-lock entrance door. Beside the standard, most of villas offer extra features for your ultimate comfort. The project was divided into 4 phases, where all are now completed. There are many leisure facilities in the complex that are at your disposal for free utilisation. The villas are approximately 2 km from one of best beaches in the Turkish Riviera – Incekum beach with fine sand, blue sea, beach bars and water sports facilities.There is a shuttle service to and from the beach for the villa owners during the summer. Sakin sessiz ormanin icinde kafa dinleyip rahatlayacaginiz bir yer. Ozellikle bu pandemi doneminde kendimizi kapattik buraya. Tek dezavantaji yakinlarinda yani yurume mesafesinde market bakkal vs. Yok arabasiz gelinmez.
Burası gerçekten tam bir huzur köşesi. Ailenizle birlikte olmaktan inanılmaz keyif alacağınız şekilde dizayn edilmiş ve bu konuma kurulmuş. 31 villalardan 41 ve daha fazlasına burada sahip olabiliyorsunuz. Biz 41 villada konakladık. Sessiz sakin iyi düşünulmus ve gayet makul seviyede fiyatlar var. Denize 200 m mesafeden yukarıdan bakiyosunuz. Aynı zamanda 2.5 km uzaklıkta. Bu yeri inşa eden firmadan kiralama hizmeti aldık ve gayet ilgililer. Aqua park çok iyi havuz çok temiz ve yeterli büyüklükte. Sosyal imkanlar var. Güvenlik ve ormanın tam ortasındasiniz. Daha ne olsun. Tavsiye ederiz. Plajda 2 şezlong 1 şemsiye 40 lira. Otoparkta 5 lira ücret ödüyorsunuz.
