I had given my Honda City for regular service and they returned the vehicle with a broken wheel nut and stud. I understand that mistakes can happen and I would have expected them to be transparent and own the mistake, but instead they just tried to pretend that it was already broken and it was no mistake of theirs. I later had to give my vehicle to local workshop to get the stud replaced and to an alloy wheels shop to get the nut replaced.
