Jon and Kendall were incredible through our home buying experience. If we move again, I know exactly who I’m calling to find our next home. The first thing I noticed was how much they prioritized getting to know as people outside of what we were looking for in a home. It made looking for homes so much easier because we truly loved spending time with them and also felt like they understood how we lived and how we would live in our home. They were also incredibly accessible and made sure to not only answer our questions, but anticipate them and educate us on what might be coming next. We made the move from Broomfield to Evergreen and some of the tips Jon have us in looking for a house in the mountains made off big time (school bus route for the win). Jon was also the first person I texted when we paved the driveway after we moved into our new home because I knew he would understand how exciting of a win that was. We also unfortunately had a very aggressive and hard to work with buyer, and this is where Jon is worth his weight in GOLD. Jon has such an extensive network of real estate connections and so he was able to work really well in a tough situation with the buyers agent. When things continued to decline on closing day, Jon made sure he did everything he possible could to keep the deal. His legal background came in handy here too. I truly believe with any other agent we would have had to stay in a motel with our dogs and cats and wouldn’t have gotten the house. Even after we moved in we they mailed us tax advice for things to remember for tax filing time. If you want to focus on finding a home you’ll love, work with Alaris Properties so you can feel confident they have all the details covered. We love Jon and Kendall, and the house they found for us.
