I have booked a car via their website. I have received a success email confirmation with all the details including the amount I have to pay and also stating that an KM agent will contact me 24 hours before the first day of the booking. Nobody from KM called me or emailed me. They are just a waste of time. STAY AWAY and use a company with higher feedback.
