Simply perfect. Beautiful location, nice rooms and warm housing. Host Fausto really makes you feel at home whether you want to relax poolside all day long or visit nearby wine yards and sides. I cannot but recommend cascina Carlotta after a week spend here with my family : I really enjoyed every single moment here. Thumbs up.

Fantastic family hotel with a homley warm atmosphere. Plenty of space, children facilities, pool and super friendly owner and staff. Would go again without hesitation.
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! We went for a 3 days break with our two sons (2 and 0.5 yrs old) during summer and had an amazing time. There are so many pluses which is hard to know where to begin with. Fausto (an his family) is an incredible host and makes you feel welcome from the second you step into his property. He is charismatic and extremely helpful. He helped us with everything we needed during our stay, particularly for our kids. In regards to the place itself, it is completely new, the rooms are exceptionally clean, breakfast is delicious, swimming pool is very good and child friendly (with a shallow section in which kids can play safely). We had a great time and the kids particularly loved the visit to the farm where they could pick some berries and see the donkeys. We will definitely return! Thanks Fausto and family!!
What more can I say? Fausto is the besto. His warm hospitality made everything better. The farmhouse is modern, well designed, uses good technology, keeps the road sounds out and the heat / cold out... And the lavender patch was a nice touch. doggies were happy and playing fetch with us. Shout out to Filippo. Breakfast is amazing.. We got to use our truffles on sunny side up eggs.. Just amazing
La Cascina di Carlotta was a great surprise. I was looking for some place to stay near the Barolo region. I contacted the owner (Fausto) and from the beginning he was great. He was very arranging, and he did the maximum to host my family and friends. The house is beautiful. The rooms are brand new and very comfortable. An important thing, the rooms have air conditioning (good during the summer in Italy). The pool is perfect. Good for small and big kids. I had a great time and definitely will be back.
We loved our stay at La Cascina is Carlotta. The host was lovely and very accommodating. He went out of his way to make it comfortable for us and our 1 year old - even supplying us with a rocking horse to help entertain her! The property has a very farm house rustic feel, while still being within walking distance of shops and cafes which was great. The apartment we stayed in was clean and very comfortable. Fresh towels and bottled water were supplied everyday which was so generous. The best part was probably the breakfast - so delicious. We will certainly be back.
