I had the pleasant experience of having Bruce take care of my truck. The transmission had to be replaced and he went through all the options before me. Took very good of me as a customer. There isn't another place I would take my vehicle. This is a very trustworthy shop. I recommend them to anyone I know.

Just FYI Jeep owners, this dealership will not rotate your fifth tire unless you request it. And since today was my first oil change / rotation, I would have to be a mind reader to know that. Lazy. Response to owner: how about ask Wrangler owners if they want the 5th tire rotated instead of making us request it? More tire life happier Jeep owner.

I went to Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram looking to see what they had in their lot. Didn't really have an idea of exactly what I wanted, but when I started talking with Richard Thomas, he helped me figure it out! He asks questions and listens. He doesn't try to push you into something more expensive than what you want to spend and genuinely wants you to get what YOU want, not just what they want to sell you! I can't say enough ... he was so nice and he did his best to get me into the car I wanted for an awesome price! I will definitely be going back to see Richard if/when I need another car! If you are looking for a great salesman, go see Richard (He's not your normal \Sales\ man!). Thank you Richard!!
