Yesterday, my sister and I met with Leigh Jones at Hall and Hall in East Albany to make pre-arrangements for my mother's funeral. We were very pleased with the process and found Leigh to be extremely helpful! Even though this is her and her husband's business, she did not seem like a salesperson. She did not try to sell us any service or product that were more than what we needed. Our mother said many times, \Do NOT spend more money on my funeral than is absolutely necessary!\ In keeping with her wishes, Leigh helped us plan a funeral my mother would be happy with. Her pleasant and professional demeanor made this difficult process very calming. We anticipate excellence from Hall and Hall when the time comes for her funeral. Follow Up: The time came sooner than we thought for my mother's funeral. Our anticipation of excellence for her funeral was certainly realized. Leigh and Joseph were always one step ahead of us when we had questions or concerns. They were very accommodating with special requests. They felt like friends by the time everything was over. We received the death certificates so quickly and they worked with us closely with insurance. Thank you Hall and Hall Funeral Home for helping us celebrate our mom's life in a way that left us with a feeling of peace.
