This clinic was beyond amazing! Very clean, organized and well maintained. The workers were very friendly and professional especially the young lady Sughenda at the front, she was very patient with my mom’s constant questioning. I appreciated her help very much! If I could give this clinic more than 5 star I would. Honestly best experience at a clinic with my mom as she tends to get very impatient at appointments. Thank you so much Sughenda for your help.

Amazing clinic, very friendly doctors and most importantly, Dr. Adel’s assistant Suzu is outstanding. The other girl is also quickly as nice and passionate. Would recommend 10/10

This is the absolute worst clinic I’ve ever visited. Very unprofessional service and no consideration of the patient’s time, with or without an appointment. They overbook people, I’ve seen multiple doctors there and they will only see you for 10 seconds before rushing out the door to the next person. The only doctor I’ve seen who has taken the time to tend to my issue is Dr Tomi. Never been confident about my appointments with the other doctors I’ve seen. You need to practice some compassion, you really don’t know what your patients are going through beyond the issues we are coming to see you for. For some of us coming to see a doctor is a really vulnerable move. Be nicer, that includes how you engage with patients over the phone. Some of the reviews here pretty much some it up.

Decent clinic... Professional staff, especially the clinic administrator. Sughanda is just amazing and always helpful. Goes an extra mile to help her patients. I came to the clinic once so stressed out and she managed the situation perfectly. My appointments are always on time, and she seems always on top of what she does.

I am shocked at all these negative reviews the girls at the reception desk are getting. Every single time I have been here the girls have been nothing but super nice, compassionate and helpful. I feel like the people leaving these negative reviews are expecting the girls to flip head over heels for them. The girls are doing the best they can. I have witnessed these girls get screamed at for things that was not their fault. Stop treating the girls with disrespect. They are working during a pandemic. The doctors are all amazing and especially the pharmacist. He goes above and beyond and I always get the best service.

It is a total joke this place, on the website there is NO phone number provided to call. There is only an email link, I emailed about 3 hours ago, NO response. My husband and I went in, the place is totally empty with 2 receptionists sitting. One of them asked me if we have an appointment, I said there is no phone number, I emailed 3 hours ago and received no response. Instead of trying to help and maybe offer booking an appointment, she said "I will give you the phone number and you must call me" I am few feet away from her, what a total ignorance. By the looks of the empty clinic, they also had the time to respond to my email sent 3 hours ago, but didn't do their job. What are they getting paid for? What is this clinic there for? To ignore and NIT provide medical care? By the way it is nothing covid related.

I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to my last enemy. Dr. Henning lacks empathy, and stormed out of my appointment and slammed the door and told the receptionist to clean the room....

Amazing doctors, Front desk staff and beautiful clinic. Love the fact that they have a pharmacy attached to it. Very fast and you can be in/out quickly without longer wait times. Would def recommend my friends and family to deal with them here.
