I don't go to the movies very often. The whole contemporary movie experience is mind boggling! From the picture to the sound. And the theaters themselves are so updated and comfortable. It was a lot of fun seeing the Star Wars movie on an IMAX screen. And since I'm a boomer seeing the original 42 years ago, it was extra special.
30 minutes of ads and previews before the movie starts is way too much! The movie was scheduled to start on the hour, and it really started at half past the hour. Its not nice to intentionally mislead your customers. Most of the movie previews did not fit with the movie about to be shown. The ads were blatant promotions. To top it off: just before the movie is about to start, they show an ad for the concession stand. Now, they want me to leave the theater and miss the beginning of the movie!?! I'd be OK with 10 minutes of previews that fit the audience prior to the show starting; give someone late a chance to see the beginning of the movie. But, 30 minutes of ads is too much. This is more than you get watching TV! The ads create a horrible customer experience. It appears that the suits (executives focused on next quarter's earnings) do not understand customer retention and repeat sales. I know I am not coming back to the Regal Crossgates & IMAX.
I love coming here to enjoy the movies. Seats are comfortable. They have assigned seating which is good. I enjoy their popcorn & other concession items. Even ice cream! Staff are always friendly and helpful!
I was in this theater with my niece and nephew and we bought 3 tickets to see Captain Underpants. Overall I love the place and the lady at the was super polite
They have a good selection of movies. See them quick, they don't stay around very long. Can't wait until they put in the luxury recliners. They should put them on the mid tiers where everyone likes to sit, not way down front.
Older theater with the old school smaller seats. I didn't realize how much I liked the new recliners in most theatres now until sitting in these torture devices. I feel like an arthritic turtle climbing out if these and down the stairs. Good sound. Good video quality.
Awsome as always. We watched toy story 4. Fyi the large coke has improved lids and its very hard to remove them.
