Love Repose! Julie is a great massage therapist, asks what needs attention/how you’re feeling, listens to what you need and gets everything working again! The number of times I’ve jacked up my back or shoulders working out and she’s helped so much! I’ve recently tried cupping and that has been a great experience too. If you’re looking for a calm, welcoming environment, Repose is for you!

At repose wellness I always feel welcomed and at home. Never have I been as comfortable getting pampered as I do at repose. Be it massage, floating, or basking in the sauna. Everyone is super friendly and great at what they do. Julie has been doing my massages and cupping every 4 weeks for about 3 years now and has kept my overworked muscles alive!!!
Repose offers the best massages in the area! I've been a couple times and feel truly rejuvenated afterwards and relaxed for much longer than other massages I've had in the past. The last time I went I also tried their float tank before my massage and it was a fantastic experience. As a new mom it was the perfect combination!
I have only excellent things to say about Repose Wellness. I had never had a massage before seeing Joe as I have always been anxious about being touched. My partner had found great relief from TMJ issues after a few sessions with Joe so when my knee started acting up last year I decided to give it a try. I felt comfortable in the space immediately and thoroughly enjoyed my massage. After 2-3 sessions my knee was less volatile, I walk several miles a day for work so this was huge for me. This summer I got my pregnant friend a gift certificate and she was so impressed with her service, she has returned several times and sent her husband. Repose is a true gem and I look forward to returning.
I went in for cupping and deep tissue with Darlene this past Thursday. Walking in, I felt welcome immediately. And upon entering the treatment room, I felt even more so as I saw a small chalkboard with a message welcoming me to my session. Little details like that and major details like Darlene’s fire and suction cupping techniques are why I need to book another session as soon as my time permits.
The second i step foot in there I'm in such a better mood. From the vibe to the beautiful smells and the gorgeous plants! Everyone is so wonderful who works there. Darlene works magic on me every single time!
