Very disappointed. If I could give them a zero I would. Alicia in the service department needs to take public relation courses. I took my truck in because I was told to bring it in. After 3 days there was no information and she had the nerve to try to get smart at the mouth when I was following up on what she said. If you can go somewhere else PLEASE DO. This is not my first, second, or third time attempting to give them business. A few times to buy a vehicle and a couple for service. I will continue to buy my vehicles out of town which is sad because I'd love to support the local businesses. I WILL NOT BE Returning here. It's not just me either, I have family members who have been up there, they were not cared for either. Once again Alicia in service was the issue. Just be honest. We all get backed up, but be honest and say so, don't make it seem like you can take in customers when you know it's going to be 2-4 weeks...as she said.

I sincerely appreciate the first class service they received. What follows is a review written by my mother: Our auto purchase from SUNBELT FORD - LINCOLN dealership in Albany, GA of a 2015 Lincoln MKX on 12-18-18 is worthy of a 5 STAR review !! The salesman, Christopher S. Faulk’s sincerity was evident from the very beginning !! He thoroughly and we mean thoroughly explained everything in detail in a calm and caring manner. We were never pressured and so impressed and deeply appreciated the peaceful atmosphere during this auto transaction ... considering prior experiences, this is a RARITY !!!! We would not hesitate to return to SUNBELT entirely due to Chris’ obvious HONESTY and consider this satisfying auto purchase to be long remembered !!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone at SUNBELT.
