Called a cab for my uncle, when the driver arrived, and called to inform me he was here and found out that it was for a man Instead of me, he said never mind and drove away. When I called dispatch to complain, the dispatcher was rude and said “I’m not sending out another cab I don’t have time for that bull”.

That's taxi service is vary God to me all the time I fell Albany taxi is best taxi service in Albany. but I don't know what other experiencing about Albany taxi I concern about my experience I believe Friday & saterday they all ways have high volume of calls . Some might have problem during that time . But I never have any problem at all I always recommend all of my friend .as a costumer 1 comment for the owner of the business he should respond to the people .
