Been to the branch at Alberton ,had an amazing time shopping there , went in to buy 4 lengths of round bar ,ended up spending R7000,the stuff made shopping there so convenient, assistance was great,there prices on most items are hard to match by any other steel supply company,I am on my way back there today hopefully they keep there good image and service on a high all the time , Regards Farhad,

I went to your Hillfox branch for guttering. The young white male who served me was the most unpleasant and unhelpful person I had the misfortune to deal with. This branch has not even been open a year and to think I started supporting them from day one as they were closest for convenience. In any event, in my disgust for the contempt of this individual, I left without making any purchase. All my builder friends will get to hear. Even a 0 star rating cannot satisfy how I feel about my waste of time, effort and costs. Unfortunately, your system won't engage with a 0 rating. Harry
