Very unhelpful. I had to greet the sales person first. He did not even get up from his desk to come to the reception counter. Did not recognize the battery I requested despite the fact that the previous day I had phoned in and was quoted a price. EVENTUALLY he asked someone else for assistance. Even if one is not tech3 competent, manners and willingness go a long way in the customer experience.

Very poor service, when trying to lodge a complaint you are transfered everywhere and everyone passes the buck, eventually you ask to speak to the complaint manager you get this answer" you must speak to the sales manager, but he is not in pls call him om his cell" . Shouldnt he be calling me to solve my problem???. Very poor service, no feedback, can't reach a manager after 15h00
