I was there earlier today. What an amazing experience. Staff is so friendly. Dr Botha is good at what he does. Keep up the good work. I look forward for the next appointment.

Refreshing to find medical experts who are professional and have their patients best interests. My mother was complaining of 'dark shades' in her vision, her regular optom reached out to her regular opthom at Garden City who said he could only see her 5 days later. Fortunately Dr Ruan understood the gravity of the situation and took her in on a Saturday afternoon. Immediately tested, analyzed and performed a successful surgery to treat a detached retina. Their medical facility is immaculate, safe and proper covid measures in place. But the most impressive is the team. From the cheerful and optimistic nurses to the fast, friendly and efficient accounts dept. Dr Ruan even took the time out to call me the next day to find out how her recovery is going. Several follow ups were obviously required and we never waited more then a minute each time. Highly recommended, not only for their skill and expertise but their general demeanor and bedside manner.

Dr Botha! This guy is a legend as is the staff. I am one "those people" who has everything wrong with them with a dose of side effects. Had a minor surgery done, no problem... yeah right! Had a seizure during the night, I have no idea what happened to my eye but it was no good! Not a problem for Dr Botha... No power in Alberton, no surgery room Available and it needed to fixed ASAP! please note it was my epilepsy that effected the surgery. What a legend Dr Botha saved my eye during a live surgery and kept me calm throughout it all! He is now our family eye doctor and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!! Wish there were more stars to give!

Probably one of the most efficient practices in the country. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, from the assistant to receptionist to the doctors. Tea and coffee available as well as vending machine. Restrooms are clean.

My wife had a eye problem and was referred to Dr Botha by our GP we tried to phone and the the receptionist was very rude very sad as my GP never sends us anyone he doesn't trust faithfully.Very disappointed and hope he knows what his staff are doing? My GP spoke to Dr Botha late evening 29/05/18 about seeing the doctor the next day but when my wife called the receptionist said there was nothing in book and she couldn't help her.
