like
I don't know how many times have I returned the trampoline and they only replace the items that are broken, and only tonnage the same parts break a couple of weeks later. This time around, they took the trampoline and said they want to reassemble it to see why is it breaking all the time... but I have told them they need to replace all parts and not only the ones that are broken, as other parts bends and hence having problems of breakage every week's later.. I wonder how long it takes them to reassemble the trampoline às it only takes me 3hours max.
Pathetic.. paid money.. no delivery.. I hope your guilt catches up with you... shame on you.. and the worst of it all I’m sure your staff end up lying for you also..
After waiting for 8 months 2 "repair" men came to look at my treadmill. They took it away and returned it with a R3150 "repair" bill ,which I paid.The treadmill never worked after that!! On the first day it worked for 2 minutes. These con artists should be put out of business. Makro just refers all the clients to M5...a disgrace. It is now impossible to reach them.BEWARE BEWARE.
Pathetic excuse for customer service.
Bought a treadmill in January 2018 from Makro. Its been leaking some sort of oil ever since. Cannot get a hold of M5. Line forever engaged. Been 2 months now.
No Response to mails or messages
Cannot get though to the company. Is M5 closed for business?? Worst service.
