Purchased a 1600 reclining life chair in Sept 2019. Supposedly it had a warranty. HA! Before 10 months the chair had a sag in the rear/right side of the seat. Reported to the store in August 2020. Called the store several times in the next month. Jennifer was ALWAYS too busy to get to my mother's home. The last time, she literally laughed that we had to wait for her. Tried calling the manufacturer. Only thing I could find there was a statement from Amazon stating the company went out of business in February, 2020. \Guess you have to wait for me\ \Ha Ha\ was her response. Still haven't seen her to look at the chair.
