Peebles is a great store to have in our small town. I have been able to find last minute dress clothes for funerals as well as casual clothes and shoes for everyday wear. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are always great sales going on, at my last shopping trip I received 50% off. Prices are a bit high for a small town but quality products are worth not having to drive to Rochester or Buffalo.
The customer service is getting worse since I have been shopping there. I order a lot online and when I return something either something is missing that they do not have on the paperwork and then they tell me to go home and call customer service and then return with the info needed. Once or twice they have called but normally do not. The manager is standing there not doing anything and states that I need to call or they can return it without the receipt which I have in my hand and they will give me store credit when I want it to be credited to my bank card. I will not be shopping there as much as I have in the past if at all because lack of good customer service. Thank you.
Alibion Peebles is a good store and badly needed in our area. Store is well lighted, great salesclerks and when there are sales..they are good sales.

Great coupons, great selection of decently priced clothes, shoes, accessories, men's and children's too! Store is always clean and employees helpful and friendly... One of my favorite go to stores!
