Bought a report and have not received what I paid (24.95 eur) for, despite the fact that on the website it says that after payment the report will be available \immediately\. Don't get any response when I try to reach them. Definitely, do not recommend.

Please stay clear of this business! They'll take your money, but they don't provide nor do they respond to emails. Looks like a big scam to me

I asked for a woonrapport and I got a bunch of disparate documents with information I already had, with the only info I was interested in (market value estimation) missing. E-mailed back and forth for more than a week and kadasterdata.nl still refuses to either send me a full report or refund me. When I tell them they never provided me with a market value estimation, they keep telling me my woz waarde (which corresponds to a year when the building wasn't even completed!). I also needed to chase them a few times, as they were not answering e-mails. I strongly advise you spend your money elsewhere.

Pay no attention or care to international customers, thoughI accidentally subscribed the service and regret to do so, Kadasterdata only replied to me sorry and want me to pay asap. I understood that I made a mistake by subscribing their service accidentally. I have to pay for subscription fees. However, the whole conversation and experience are just bad. Eventually, they said If I don't pay, they will sue me. Awful!!! You must be very careful when doing business with Kadasterdata. They don't care about customer satisfaction. I did get some responses but it's all about they cannot help me at all. The only thing they've done right is that they did cancel my subscription. Thanks for this. However, they did not help further. Some penalty fee was generated because of no response from kadasterdata and their partner directpay in time. Kadasterdata and directpay ignored my question regarding why they missed replying my first email on time. If they did reply my first email, I would have enough time to start the conversation with them both. Now they are pushing me to pay the penalty because of their ignorance to customer's email and is saying that they are going to court for judgement. Kadasterdata only cares about whether their customers pay on time or not but is not willing wholeheartedly to support their customers. Extremely bad experience with Kadasterdata!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
