This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, ALAN and the crew are very warm, professional and get things done... HASTLE FREE. I saw a used car online (cars.com) fell in love with it, called this fine establishment and grabbed Alan to set up a test ride appointment. Got there, the car was ready for me took a run fell more in love and worked out a deal and got it done, paperwork and all within an hours time. Happy with the fair trade in value for the car i exchanged with them and here i am a year and a half later. And i must say this car is an ABSOLUTE wonder, no problems reliable and i ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND ALBRECHT OF WAKEFIELD with a ROCK SOLID 5 STAR RATING. Thanks to the Albrecht crew especially Alan for everything and making the used car buying experience a breeze.

Great Experience! I just bought a GMC from Scott Dunn and Randy Davies - these guys made the buying process simple and straight forward! I was greeted by Mike the GM (who checked on me a few times to make sure the transaction was going well) as well as other team members who made it a comfortable atmosphere. They were all very conscientious about covid precautions, and were friendly/helpful the entire way through. Went in to the dealership just looking to see what's available and we were met by Scott Dunn. After talking to Scott for about 15 minutes we knew that this salesman knew was he was talking about. He was so knowledgeable about all aspects of every vehicle on their lot. He showed us a 2020 new GMC Terrain. We took it for a test drive and were sold. In 3 days we drove off with that SUV. I bought a brand new GMC Acadia here and I had the best car buying experience I have ever had! I felt so welcome in the dealership and they had a great family atmosphere. They took such great care of me and they were completely transparent during negotiations. My experience was fast and friendly. I picked my new vehicle up the next day and they helped connect my phone and showed me how to use the app for my car. I have called a few times with questions and they have always steered me in the right directions. I would buy another vehicle from them in a second.

It’s so great to find a place that still believes in customer service. We were looking to trade in my GMC for a newer model and visited a nearby dealership. After being ignored, we approached a salesperson and had a lackluster conversation. We decided to try another GMC dealer and went to Albrecht. We were immediately greeted and introduced to Scott who sold us our new car. Scott knew EVERYTHING about this vehicle and explained the differences between my older model and the newer one. He was easy going but thorough... great combo. We drove off with our new car a few hours later. Very happy customers!
