Posting on behalf of my parents who have come back from their holiday and have spoken so highly about their experience at this restaurant: “On Thursday the host (please forgive us, we didn’t catch her name) gave us a warm welcome to this beautiful restaurant. We were in awe of her passion and expert knowledge for traditional Portuguese tapas and it really delivered. She had a remarkable appreciation and respect for local ingredients. The food certainly packed a punch with flavour and variety, and the portions were incredibly generous. The atmosphere went hand in hand with the quality of the food, which we savoured and truly enjoyed the experience. We would highly recommend to anyone who is actually interested in having an excellent, casual and authentic dining experience.” Thank you!

Amazing food and great service
Lovely bar. This is our 2nd visit & young lady who served us is very friendly. Large beer only 1.50. We will be back to try their English breakfast which I am told is very good.
Shared the tapas platter for 2 with a friend. Was soooo good. Friendly staff, will definitely be back!
Simple but really good food! The lady serving is was very friendly, explained basically everything on the menu to us. Comfortable inside and the price was so low we thought we were undercharged! Would recommend this place to anyone visiting

A hidden gem. Authentic food and great drinks. Garlic prawns are to die for, as is the flaming chorizo!! Owner is so lovely!!
Patricia George and their family are perfect hosts for this gem of a restaurant. Dont worry if you are first timers like us, you will be advised well and properly looked after. Patricia is the chef and she recommended that else did not over order. We had a mixed board for two and a couple of extras including the chorizo grilled at the table and cod fish cakes together with a moorish house wine. There was more than enough for 4 people and every mouthful was delicious. High recommended.
