If I could give no stars I would...This office treats all patients that express any kind of pain as addicts just looking for pain pills. I would recommend you find an office that actually cares about your health and wellbeing. Office manger, Elaine is very disrespectful and unprofessional.

If I could i would give them 0 stars i was recommended to go here by a family member i was seen by the nurse practitioner Louis Moss and she prescribed me a medication told me what life-threatening side effects to look for and said if I had them to call her i called the office within a week and let them know i was having side effects she warned me about the receptionist told me Louis would call me back it took her nurse assistant all day to finally call me and say i had to go to the ER or urgent care so ithey could do an ultrasound i went to urgent care and got misdiagnosed they sent me home with other meds and said to follow up with my provider so i did symptoms were getting worse so i called midtown again and made an appointment Louis then ignored everything i said about the symptoms she had warned me about and diagnosed me with vitamin deficiency as the cause of my symptoms she told me to buy magnesium and calcium over the counter to continue with the meds she had prescribed well symptoms and pain were really bad and getting worse by the minute so i went to urgent care again were they told me I had a life threatening problem caused by the meds she gave me they had to send me in an ambulance to be admitted to the hospital the doctors at the hospital said i could have died if i i would have stopped being persistent and they called midtown to complain about the improper medical management to a patient but no one ever got back to them or even bothered to call me to see what had happened now I have to be on alot other meds and have alot of appointments and stress that could have been prevented if she had done her job right when I called her and went to her in the begening it is so sad that this place doesn't care about people's lifes I would not recommend this place to anybody i trusted a health care provider who i thought knew what they were doing and could have died. Please be careful if you go to this place.

Great staff and providers. They're efficient, know what they are doing, and take care of follow-through in a timely manner. The providers take excellent care of their patients. This is the place to go if you need terrific primary/family care. The best primary care I've had in years.

Dr. Ortiz has always listened to what I had to say. He's never rushed me! He's taken his time and made me feel comfortable each time I've seen him and he shows he honestly cares and he helps me! Dr. Ortiz is one amazing Doctor

My whole family are patients at midtown. The provider is AMAZING the rest of the staff is clueless. Including the \office manager.\ Stephanie was very rude and spoke over me when I called her to askabout a bone scan referral that was sent in August that my daughter is still waiting for. The condition she is being treated for is irreversible of not controlled, she could lose movement in her leg. I'm a metal assistant as well and I know there a away to get a prior approvalfrom insurance company's quicker then 1.5 months. These are ppl we go to for our health concerns and for their guidance. Samantha is amazing but the rest of the staff is useless. O would not recommend this office to anyone with complex medical issues.
