This is ridiculous. Waiting nearly 2 weeks for few min phone call. I do understand current situation, but there are still another health problems than covid. Should it not be important to make sure our society is healthy and strong?

Truly disgusted with the treatment I received today. I was 6 mins late for an appointment due to my bus being late and I had been waiting 25 mins early to get to the docs on time and still bus was 10 mins late. So I phoned the surgery explaining my situation and they said as long as you are under 10 mins late all would be ok. So I arrived to be told to sit and wait which i did. 40 mins passed and I went to the receptionist and asked

Dr terraway is the best doctor,so professional,so fair,so helpful,wouldn’t recommend any other surgery bar albyn medical practice,all doctors are amazing but dr teraway is just my favourite and have a good relationship with him, can’t fool him, so don’t even try and attempt lol
