Booked them twice this week . 1st time said they would be there after 20mins, no show after 45 despite calling them a couple of times. My husband said not to try them again but I said benefit of the doubt. Waited an hour the second time and no show despite them sending someone 'very shortly'. We had to cancel our dinner reservation as we thought booking a taxi an hour and a half before would be ok but couldn't find another taxi in the time we had left after the no show. I would rather be told it would take 30mins, 45mins or an hour to be able to plan.
We have been coming to Portugal for many years now, and it is a great peace of mind to know that we never have to worry about taxi service from the airport for all 8 of us with luggage, all of our trips when staying in and around the caviero area, and the taxi back to the airport. Fantastic service. Adrian and his team are very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend for ladies on travelling on their own . We felt happy in the knowledge we were safe . WhatsApp location shared which is brilliant.
This taxi service is the only taxi company in all Algarve who answer your call anytime. Doesn't matter if is daytime or nighttime, or winter time. Adrian, the company manager, is always very helpful. Whenever I need a taxi, I call this company. It is a very reliable taxi company with very friendly drivers. They have Wi-Fi on board and always good music when Adrian is the driver. It's worth calling when you need a taxi, to any destination and any time of the day you need a cab. Good job!

Sou brasileiro e infelizmente em Portugal as vezes somos discriminados porque não somos daqui, porém tbm entendo que alguns brasileiro acabam vindo para cá e não agindo correto, estou falando isso por conta da atitude do motorista Adriano! Tratou me muito bem com muito respeito, um excelente profissional , o trabalho dele é diferenciado, como já falei, indo para Portimão já sei quem contactar...
