Almost perfect. Gearmate drawers supplied for my nissan navara turned up on time, excellent packaging, easy assembly, top quality and no bits missing or damaged. Huge advantage over other widely advertised plastic drawers is that they are a lot wider and not tapered in the bottom so you don't have to buy special tool boxes. First class customer service and products.

Had a great experience with Gearmate, from my initial contact with Jen to visiting their premises today for the installation. Nothing was too much trouble. GearMate Very frustrated by this company. They fitted a new canopy on my Toyota Hilux back in March 2019. I have had nothing but trouble with it & despite many attempts it remains a problem and they are just now ignoring me altogether. The latching system is poor and has gone wrong several times (despite having replacement parts - eventually) so that it either doesn’t lock properly or it won’t unlock at all. I even had to do most of these replacements myself GearMate’s customer service is appalling – and either ignore you &/or blame their suppliers Don’t bother with them! Chris Webb
