Worst company ever! Imposible to communicate with them I have a package that is already delivered and I can’t pick it up because i haven’t received a PIN number. Can I rate this company with less than a star?

I wish I could give less than one star to this company. Apparently, when returning an item to Amazon the agent (shop/office etc) has a box to put the items in. This isn't collected by a delivery driver until the box is full. So almost 2 weeks after my leaving a return item it's still waiting to be collected, along with the item I left 5 days ago. I live in a small town, so it could be months before the box is full. To further complicate matters, I've just tracked my returns (2), and despite both going back to the same Amazon address, they've been allocated to 2 different delivery companies! I'm not buying anything other than e.books from Amazon in future, despite having been a customer for a very long time.
If I could give less stars I would even give less stars. This is the worst company ever. Impossible to communicate with them, incompetent. And the worst website that doesn't work
I could define Celeritas as the worst service I've ever had but it is even worst because they don't do the service and they LIE saying that it was your fault. I really don't understand how Amazon still works with this company after reading internet forums where you cannot find any single good comment and all you see are claims and claims.
Trying to return an Amazon item, twice they said they came to collect, when they didn't. Please don't waste people's time, we stay home waiting for you, and then you don't show? EDIT - I just learned that after collecting my item, Amazon didn't receive it. Not only they lie, they also steal.
