This company has been the worst I have ever had to deal with. They are the worst in customer service for one, it has taken me 5 months to resolve an issue following the deaths of my father, all they kept saying was do not speak English for myself (other family are fluent), and they continue to take money from a dead mans bank account. Discussing company I would advise anyone to not deal with, only interested in taking old peoples money they know they do not have to pay out, not worth 2 star, minus 5

Los escribí por whatsapp para informarme sobre cómo levantar la reserva de dominio del vehículo me dijeron qué la reserva se quita automáticamente a los 10 o 15 días de la finalización del pago así que estoy esperando a ver si es verdad y fueron muy amables atentos y rápidos

Atención absolutamente lamentable. Como es una financiera que va asociada al coche se sienten con absoluta libertad de maltratar a sus clientes. Tremendamente decepcionado con su servicio, y no se lo recomendaría a nadie. Con la de bancos que hay hoy en día dando un servicio excelente, cuanto más te alejes de RCI Bank, mejor. *Edito el comentario para contestar a la respuesta de RCI Bank: Con que nos solucionen la problemática que les hemos planteado en los diez correos que les hemos tenido que enviar esta semana, nos es suficiente, muchas gracias.
