Excellent. The service was impeccable. We were a large group and ordered a black rice (good) una aroz abanda (better), and Valenciano (excellent). It is very comfortable restaurant, large. With great wine choices. I've eaten a lot of paella in Spain - restaurants and accomplished home cooking - this is the real deal. The Valenciano was on par with the very best I've ever eaten (in Elche of all places). This is the real deal. I'm glad I went back as I'd forgotten just how good it is.
