I am impressed with how the bank is safely handling the COVID situation. Bridgette explained this plus took the time to answer my banking questions at the door so I could be in/ out quickly.

have had the pleasure of banking with TD for over 20 years. In that time, an unwritten guarantee I could always count on, was that I would leave the branch fully satisfied with my questions or problems answered, or I would have those answers in a day or two. I would get friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. Not with this branch. At this branch I have been continually ignored, lied to, forgotten and now, due to time lost in communications, it is costing me money. If the original person working with you is unavailable or incompetent, you are out of luck, no one else can help you. Sadly, I will need to find a new branch in another city to bank with, where staff are focused on not only customer service, but are qualified to do their job.

Been banking at this branch for over 3 years now. Always been a pleasant experience every single visit. I've had the great opportunity to deal many times with the teller by the name of Karam. He's always looked after all my issues and concerns with the upmost best customer service. This branch will always be my favourite location to do all my banking needs.

Really Disappointed with the teller at this branch he was very unprofessional.... I had to walk to branch to ask a simple questions about my account after trying to call them 5 times, the teller at the branch was rude to another customer before me, that guy left mad, i can see why. When it was my turn, he ignored me and basically told me to call easy-line and didn't want to help me, I am very disappointed I've been with TD since 2001, the teller name was Karam C., he was very very rude and unprofessional, if you end up with him just pass to another teller.
