Good selection of world foods, health foods, condiments, body building foods, health supplements and vitamins available. They also offer a loyalty card, regularly have a penny sale and other promotions. Credit cards accepted. Ample paid parking space available close by. Good service.

Great shop, good selection with very friendly and knowledgable staff. We regularly visit this shop for food and other items. Spike and his team are friendly, helpful and able to recommend various items easily. Overall, a good shopping experience with friendly staff. I’d shop here again.

They have recently changed the layout of the shop, thus enabling a higher variety of refrigerated goods to be available. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, especially Spike, who is lovely. Also members of staff do not follow you around, asking you a million questions, like they do at some other places. The shop is also very clean and the Customer Loyalty Card enables people to have proper discounts on various items.
