Terrible service my surname in the card was wrong and no even an apology...they just said it was misread....perhaps they do not know the words "my apologies for the error....it was misread". They offered to reprint and send new cards to the school...why would you send to school ! I need them to my house asap !? Did not take the offer cos I would be too late to send my cards internationally. No apologies for the inconveniences caused. I will never order again. Thanks but no thanks.

Just picked up my son's cards from nursery. To say im disappointed is an understatement. Apparently they don't crop the images so my 3 year olds hand print has been reduced in size to scale from A4 to 6x8. I've had these cards done before and the images have always been cropped. For the money we paid I would have hoped for some more care and professionalism from the company. If you are a nursery/ school then I would avoid this company as unless the children will be filling the whole A4 sheet then it's pointless. I'm now going to sit down with my son so he can decorate the cards as otherwise we're just giving out white Xmas cards with a 2x2 inch picture at the bottom.

Outstanding service: we sent the order incorrectly and we realized it only when we got the wrong cards. Iqcards reprinted and resent everything in no time and for no extra charge. very professional
