Was greeted by an incredibly cocky, patronizing young man who was showing off for several trainees who were present. He saw that we were older and assumed that we didn't know anything about mobile phones, tried to tell us we should buy a different colour of phone "because that's what ladies like," and, upon finding out that we were Americans, favored us with his opinions about American oil politics. I hope his trainees don't get the impression this is an appropriate way to deal with customers.

Rude cocky incompetent staff, messed up wireless internet device. Proceeded to inform me brand new phone was locked just because I didn't buy direct from o2. Had to pay local repairs to tell me it was unlocked from start! Staff did not activate new tariff sim card so without phone for over 24hrs. Not ideal when I'm self employed and rely on it! Returned to shop for 3rd time in 2 days to try to resolve issues....staff very rude and refused to serve us and asked us to leave!!!! O2 customer phone service A1, shop staff messed up change over of sim cards...avoid Aldershot shop, extremely bad non existent service.

Stolen Television

Went to that store and found it to be pleasant. The manager Jez was a proper laugh and made me smile on several occasions. What a legend! His capable sidekick Terrance was also a laugh and confirmed that he was ‘on email’. This is important to me.

Pushy couple of staff. Two had limited English language and were like robots. And did not offer the best deals. Nice looking shop there was one real polite and honest staff hence 2 stars. Had all staff been as polite and honest I may purchased.
