My mom and I landed in Texas and had a rental paid for. Unfortunately being so close to the border they required additional credentials. Traveling I did not have what they requested. I called Joe as last resort and told him my situation. Joe stayed past 6 pm worked w me over the phone, plus picked me up and showed me back to the hospital. Great guy! I highly recommend him! I had a car within few hours.
I accidentally called Joe Aleman when calling Pop a Lock! Joe was able to come unlock my car pretty quickly. Very nice man, professorial. I needed to pay with a credit card. He works with you to help get you on your way quickly!
I was with an advance crew working a job in Edinburgh. While waiting on the Chicago crew to drive a work van down, we were having trouble getting a rental car. Joe worked with us, and without him we would have been riding taxis.
