I bought some cooking fuel cans (2) on line during the lockdown. The cans didn't fit the container for my fondue pot but I had to wait to return them when the store opened. I did so but at first they did not want to take them back saying I could have used some but they didn't check inside. After a while of arguing, they agreed to take them back. When I got home, I realized they took back two cans but credited me only for one. I should have look at the credit before I signed it. I did not like their attitude and I'll think twice before ordering again.

Staff are always courteous and helpful. Small store but items are well displayed and if they don't have what I need, they seem truly disappointed lol. I prefer the quaint comfortable feeling of Alexandria store.
I bought 2 different DEFECTIVE wiper blades one day apart. The third time I go there & tell them about it & to please put on a wiper for me as I couldn’t get the other 2 on not knowing they were defective. I rush there during my work break & after they install it, (2 seconds) I realized they charged me 5 to put the blade on. So 3 store visits because of they’re defects & they CHARGE me, If the first 2 weren’t defective, I could have installed it myself for free! What a waste of time.
Old style CTC but they still have the stuff you need. Nice bilingual staff ready to help.
